Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Kelly Bendixen Photography! I'm honored to capture your special moments. Please review the following booking policies before reserving your session. Booking & Retainer A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is on file. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your online gallery. Weather If weather creates unsafe or unsuitable conditions, your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Weather decisions will be made as close to the session as necessary. Cloudy skies alone are not considered a reason to reschedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling Retainers are non-refundable. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. One complimentary reschedule is permitted with proper notice. Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session may result in forfeiture of all payments made. Mini Sessions Mini sessions run on a fixed schedule and cannot be extended for late arrivals. Late arrivals will be photographed during the remaining scheduled time. Missed mini sessions are considered a no-show and are non-refundable. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. No-shows forfeit all payments made and require a new booking and retainer. Travel Sessions within 30 miles of DeForest, Wisconsin are included. Locations beyond 30 miles may incur a travel fee, which will be discussed before booking. Image Delivery Edited images will be delivered through an online gallery within approximately 2–3 weeks. Images are professionally edited in the signature style of Kelly Bendixen Photography. RAW (unedited) images are not available. Image Backup Edited images will be backed up for six (6) months after gallery delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. After six months, images may be permanently deleted. Creative Style By booking, clients acknowledge they are familiar with Kelly Bendixen Photography's portfolio and editing style. Copyright & Model Release Kelly Bendixen Photography retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use print release. Images may not be altered, heavily edited, filtered, or used commercially without written permission. Unless requested otherwise in writing.
